Advantages of freeze dryers
There are various methods of drying, such as sun-drying, cooking, drying, spray-drying, and vacuum-drying. However, ordinary drying methods are usually performed at a temperature of 0 กใ C or higher.
Dried products generally have problems of shrinking in size and hardening the texture. Most of the volatile components will be lost.
